What is your capacity?

Our capacity is 150 guests seated at tables. 

We have hosted many events with more guests, they just look a little different. We can do a combination of high top tables and our standard 60in round tables in the large venue space allowing for more guests. 

We are happy to talk through individual event needs. 

What types of events do you host?

We host all types of events: Weddings, Birthday, Graduation, Anniversary, Sports Banquets, Celebration of Life. We also host photography sessions on our property. Pricing for general events and weddings can be found on our pricing page. 

Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?

How do I reserve a date at 3 Oaks Farm?

Yes, please. You can schedule a tour of the venue by emailing Lucy@3oaksfarm.org or calling 706-974-4239 today!

We are honored you've chosen us and we want to make it as easy as possible to get your date reserved. Simply sign our contract and pay the non-refundable reservation fee (1/2 of the venue fee), at that point the date is yours and will be taken off of the calendar. 

Can I use my own vendors?

Absolutely! We want you to have the event you want. You will just need to have your vendors of choice send over their Certification of Insurance. 

We do have a list of preferred vendors that is amazing and are familiar with the venue and our policies. Should you choose to use one of them, we have all necessary certificates on file.

Are there overnight accommodations close by?

There are several options for overnight accommodations close to the venue.

Several other hotels can be found on Exit 12 or Exit 14 off of Georgia 400.

While this has only happened a handful of times, we would simply bring your wedding inside the reception space. An aisle would be created and guests would be seated at their tables so as to not cause a disruption of flipping the venue following the ceremony. We've had beautiful weddings inside the venue!

What type of payment does this Cumming, Georgia wedding venue take?

Cash or check is preferred.

We do accept credit cards with the client being responsible for the 3.5% (subject to change) processing fee.
